The A to Z Blogging Challenge is a few days away and my awesome friend, Tui, alerted me to this hop-within-a-hop hosted by Mina at Some Dark Romantic and David at  Brits in the US. The purpose of this hop-within-a-hop is to reveal your theme for the challenge.

First off, let me explain the A to Z Blogging Challenge.

Each day in April, minus Sundays, you post a topic that starts with a letter of the alphabet. April 1st is A, April 2nd is B and so on. After you post, go to the linky list and visit other blogs. The goal is to connect with others. This year the linky list has categories so you can find blogs similar to yours easier. I'm entry #324.

Last year, I didn't have a plan. I just blogged whatever came to mind. There was a lot of silliness about various things I love. Like Red vs Blue and Archer (I have no idea if I ever sent anyone bookmarks. I completely forgot I offered that during the challenge.) Although, my all time favorite post is my first year A post. I got married that day and blogged about it. (So, yeah, happy 2 year anniversary to me and hubby. This will be how I remember how long we've been married. No joke.)

This year I have a plan and a theme. I decided to do a blog version of Tweet Tales. Tweet Tales was created by Jocelyn Rish and is an unique word that you craft a tale in fifteen minutes or less and in 140 characters - minus the hashtag 15tt. Since this is a blog version, I'm going to keep my tales at 100 words or less.
 I'll give the definition of my word at the beginning of the post. Feel free to write your own tale in the comments. I think that would be fun to see what other people come up with. And we all learn a new word. Yay, learning!

Happy Anniversary! YAY!

And I love Jocelyn's Tweet Tales. I was hoping someone would do this!

Good luck!
This is my first year with the A to Z challenge, even though I've watched it grow over the last 3 years. I'm also taking part in the Reveal. I'm trying to share some positivity with my #WriteMotivation friends on Twitter (and to help keep me positive in the process)
Hope to see you around :)

I usually wing everything. I'm pretty good at it, but last year I didn't have much time for commenting and wanted to visit more blogs this time.

I admire the folks that can do Tweet tales - I don't think I have the discipline! Great theme idea - good luck and happy A to Zing!

I did them for a little while, then stopped for whatever reason and just haven't gotten back into them. =(

I'm so excited to see which #15tt words make a reappearance during April. And I can't wait to see how the stories turn out with just a little more room to grow. Best of luck with this!

Thanks. I'm excited for my theme too. Although, I think my M word I need to rewrite. Hit me last night in bed "OMG I think I got the context wrong! Crap, the computer is shut down! I need to sleep! Where's my cell phone so I can make a note." ^^;;

I'm still working on the posts. I have about nine left to write, but if I keep up with three each day, I'll have them all done by next week.

Patricia, I planned to take part in the A to Z blog hop this year, but since I started taking care of my grandbaby full-time 13 months ago, I don't get enough blogging time, so now I'll miss it again. I'm jealous. Have fun with it!
