Why couldn’t she indite a simple college essay?
She was a writer after all, with her first book published by an independent press three years ago, their youngest author, and several since. Words had always flowed out of her like a river. Closing her eyes, she posed the pen over the paper. All she had to do was listen to her muse.
My May goals were a success thanks to a little help from #writemotivation. Really, a little motivation can go a long way. I signed up for June's #writemotivation and have already managed to forget what I set as my goals.
- Write more 100 word fiction is one I remember.
- Read was another. Let's see if I can get 3 books this month.
- Edit was probably another. Both Path of Angels and Out of Secrets have a long way to go still.
You'd think by now I'd be tired of editing. I am at times, but I gotta do it. Oh, another thing I'd like to do this month is reveal the blurb for Out of Secrets and start figuring out what I want the cover to look like. That will provide some excitement.
Now it's your turn. Sign up and share your goals for June. Don't forget to cheer others on. It will motivate others and yourself.
