I want to celebrate this week dinner time. Recently, I've been getting emails from Pilsbury and I printed out a crapload of recipes to try. Finding food I can eat is tricky with IC. I either have to omit or replace ingredients or just not eat something. For some foods, they aren't quite right because of it. For the past few months, my selection of food has been small and I'm getting bored of eating the same thing.
Well, I'm happy to say most of the recipes I've tried (after adjusting, of course) have turned out very tasty. I'm getting to enjoy food more. Now, if only going out to eat with friends didn't cause anxiety.
