Every Friday is Celebrate the Small Things with Lexa Cain, Tonja Drecker and L.G. Keltner.

The rules are blog about something good in your life. It can be something little or something big, but the goal is to find the positive in life and celebrate it. Then hop around the linky list on Lexa's blog and see what others are celebrating.

I can't believe the week has flown by. I'm celebrating blueberry bread. I made a loaf last week and it was delicious so I made another. This is what happens when you're too eager to eat it so soon after coming out of the oven. XD

Also going to celebrate surprise artwork. I had an idea and picked some colors, then when I poured the paint, abandoned what I had originally intended because it looks awesome as is.

I'm not a big fan of blueberries but that bread looks yummy.

Love that art piece! The colors are gorgeous! Is it acrylic paint? Alcohol ink? (I just took a class in alcohol ink so that's why it sounds like I actually know something.) :)

Looks like the sheen of a puddle. Cool!

I made some oatmeal raisin cookies that came out flatter than pancakes (not enough floor, I suppose), but they tasted good.

Love the painting. Mistakes or surprises can sometimes be the best part of an artwork.

You're right, that artwork is brilliant. How much and can I reserve it?

As for your cruelty in showing us that blueberry bread without posting the recipe.....

Both the painting and the bread are works of art, I'd say. Seriously, that painting is gorgeous.

Hope your Etsy shop is doing well. You deserve tons of success.
