In other news, and because it will drive me nuts if I have a post this short, my sleep study is tonight. I'm really hoping they find something wrong with how I sleep. This being tired all the time crap is really annoying. If I can get it fixed and have more energy, I will be able to get so much more done! As much as I like naps, I'd really like to do away with them. Once in a while will be okay, but no more daily naps.
Speaking of sleep, I also found this thanks to Tumblr the other day. Sleepyti.me is a sleep calculator that is supposed to help you wake up at the end of your sleep cycle. I've used it a couple times and, while I still feel tired when I wake, it does seem to work. I'm not as tired later because I didn't wake in the middle of my sleep cycle. Or it could be a placebo effect. Either way, I don't care if I'm feeling less exhausted throughout the day.
Now, I suppose I better get back to my knitting. I had a craft show recently and sold most of my fingerless gloves. Again. I'm kind of getting sick of making them. If I could stock pile them, I could work on other stuff. Like writing.
