I didn’t intend to be a writer. I was a film major in college. About 6 years ago I had this cartoon stuck in my head about a boy becoming his pet’s pet. That became my first book, “The Tail of a Boy Named Harvey.” I wrote it out as a script in hopes of someone animating it.
My wife and son have been giving me ideas for books lately. The latest one should be out this fall with a working title of, “Pochon’s Monster.” My son wants to be a paleontologist, so I’m sure I’ll have a dinosaur story written soon.
As long as I am having fun and keep getting inspired, I’ll keep writing.
