Only to get a letter from BB&T in the mail Friday. It was sent to his address in North Carolina and talked like he was still alive. It was about his car that we allowed them to reposes. They were claiming fees were still owed.
I'd just like to note that shortly after he died and they sent a highly insensitive letter saying, "You broke the promise of our agreement." I contacted them to say he had passed, gave them all the info they needed, and pointed out how insensitive their wording was.
They knew he was dead. They were aware they were dealing with an estate. So I am baffled as to why 18 months later they are still sending things to the address he lived at and talking like he is alive.
To say I am livid is an understatement. I am wrecked.
They got a pretty nasty tweet from me. A poor rep in the complaints department got a very angry call from me. And I broke down on the guy. I will say he was very nice and understanding.
But now I'm sitting here upset because my brother is dead. I still want him back. It's not fair that other people get to beat cancer and he didn't. And I really, really want BB&T to fuck right off.
