This month's co-hosts are Charity Bradford, S.A. Larsen, AJ Lauer, Tamara Narayan, Allison Gammons, and Tanya Miranda. Visit them and say hi.
I'm feeling pretty good this month. The last book in Path of Angels is scheduled to be released at the end of the month, I have my goals outlined, and I'm almost ready for the holiday weekend. As usual, I have a vendor spot in my hometown festival. It's outside, so hopefully, it will be sunny and warm. This year I remembered to order books in time and I have a new idea I'll be trying out. More on that another day.
My insecurities have to be hiding somewhere. Ready to pounce...
But until then, I'm enjoying myself. (Not having to worry about the day job has helped.) I have my goals set, so now all I need to do is kick myself into working.
Another bit of news to share is today is Indie Pride Day. A year ago, Mark Shaw started #IndieBooksBeSeen as a way for indie authors to set themselves apart and show the world we're here to stay and capable or writing great books. I've read some great ones myself, and hopefully, written some as well. You can join the fun on Twitter by tweeting a picture of yourself with your favorite indie book and tagging it #IndieBooksBeSeen. There's also a Facebook event you can check out. I'm sure there will be giveaways.
