I can't really say much this month. My Trick-or-Treat Book Blog hop went really well, and it looks like it's going to be a yearly event. Mark your calendars!
But in terms of writing, I haven't done much. Not because I haven't had the time, but because it's Christmas craft show time. All of November, I have craft shows, and I've been busy knitting. I had a spot at Oktoberfest and my fingerless gloves were a good seller. I was left with one pair. My skull scarves were also all sold. So yup, lots and lots of knitting and not much writing. On the plus side, I can watch Doctor Who and knit at the same time. I can't say the same about writing. =( I've finally delved into Classic Doctor Who, and I love the second Doctor. He is adorable!
Anyways, I have to say, the Trick-or-Treat Book Blog Hop was quite the boost to my writing confidence. People wanted my books! It's a nice feeling–even if the books were free. Still, I know it's not easy to sell books, and being an unknown author, it's even harder to convince people to give me a shot. My fingers and toes are crossed that everyone who got the books enjoy them and it leads to more books in readers' hands.
