January certainly blew by fast, but I can say I got stuff accomplished. My rememberlutions jar has a few slips of paper in them. I also think I'm on track to get Path of Angels: Michael under Patricia Josephine published by mid-March. I think. Not quite sure yet, but things are looking good. I'm looking for help in the cover reveal, so if anyone is interested, the form is at the bottom of this post.
There's an editor I have my eye on. I asked around on Twitter and Facebook, and no one had anything bad to say. No one had anything good to say either. Next, I went and looked up the books the editor had worked on. Saw two reviews give high marks for editing. No review said the editing was bad. I think that's a good sign. Reviewers tend to call out lack of editing.
I do have some fun A to Z Challenge news, but not sure I can share it yet. Details are being hashed out. I have signed up and know my theme. Same as last year (I'll be taking part in the reveal, but mostly to find new blogs.) I've been waiting for the list to open since the challenge ended last year.
Overall, I'm feeling pretty darn confident. It's a nice feeling. I really hope I can keep this momentum going for eleven more months. (Kind of a short IWSG post today, but it's a happy one. Anyone else have good news to share?)
