There's nothing’s more dangerous than a wizard-in-training. And Pete Riley, has just proven it. He's worked a bad time spell--a very bad time spell.
No YouTube, no smoothies, no Manga. Not ever again. Not unless Pete figures out how to reverse his spell and free Weasel and him from Victorian England.
He has until the next full moon. Only a few days.
Character Interview with Pete Riley
Let’s start with the basics. Tell us a bit about yourself and what makes you tick.
Tick is a bad word for me these days. It makes me think clocks! And clocks make me think about time and that takes me straight to that little mistake I made.
Before that I guess you’d say I was kind of in hot water with just about everybody in town. The sheriff. The witches—Harriet, most of all, and Aunt Lizzie.
I don’t get it, either. I mean, how come a kid can’t have a little fun without everybody going all crazy?
Do you have any hobbies, favorite TV shows, books? Anything you fangirl/boy over?
Star Wars. I want a Wookie of my own.
If you had one event from you past you could do over, what would it be?
I’d get that Time Spell right. Messing that up caused me a lot of real pain and more hours in after school Wizard training.
What is one thing from your past you’re most proud of?
I saved a swamp once, and I drove a truck. Yep. Even Weasel got impressed by that.
Let’s do some fun questions.
Say you’re on an abandoned desert island and have three items, what would they be?
Weasel’s got to be one item. My WiiU and a solar charger. I’m in a happy camp then.
If you were caught dancing and singing in the shower, what song would be playing?
A toss up between Roar and Try.
Name one guilty pleasure.
Let’s play favorites:
Pepsi or Coke?
Pie or Cake?
Both. You can’t make a kid choose between these!. Sheesh.
White or dark chocolate?
There’s white chocolate?
Playstation 4 or Xbox 1or WiiU?
WiiU for me.
Paperback book or ebook?
Wait. I’ll ask Weasel. He’s the one that’s always got his nose in a book.
Summer or winter?
We don’t get winter in the swamp. It’s either summer or more summer.
Puppies or kittens?
Puppies for sure. Cats are still jealous and nasty because of the alligators taking over their job.
Vampires or werewolves?
Can I change this to Alligators or Snakes?
To celebrate the launch of The Great Time Lock Disaster I'm giving 20 eBooks away. Hope you'll jump in to the copter and go for a ride!
