Late post today because earlier this week I was up at 5:30am for the day job, and by the time I got home, I was too tired to look up a fun word for Friday Quick Fic. I had intentions, and was planning on doing it yesterday, but I ended up having to work instead and was so exhausted I slept 12 hours last night. Seriously, I went to be at 8pm and work up with hubby at 8am. I am well rested today. I suppose that means I could have looked up a fun word, but I have something else to show you. Mainly, this. That's me and my besties, Sara and Danielle, on the merri-go-round across the street. Why? Because there's three of us and three ponies. According to Sara, that explained itself. They stopped by Wednesday afternoon and hilarities ensued as usual. The spiders on my windows were realistic decorations. Except for the fact they were real. Our neighbors probably think there's something wrong with us from the amount we were laughing after a discussion on naming cats after Chinese food. There was also something about a big buttered Jesus. Sara was literally rolling on the floor. We were laughing so hard, we were crying. I can't say I've ever had that happen before. This time, our conversations were more PG. Later, we kept the one Chinese restaurant in business with our food order. Sara had to get take out for her mother. All combined our bill was close to $100. All in all, a normal outing for us.

I just love a GREAT time with friends. Three ponies & three of you? I totally agree that it explained itself. Glad you had fun and that good night's rest. :)

I would feel no shame! Those ponies are adorable, and I would absolutely ride them, too! ;)

That looks (and later, sounds) like a really good time. It's been so long since I've had great Chinese food...
